So, what is Love Your Body Day?

Love Your Body Day is a day that focuses on the beauty of the human form while re-enforcing the idea of a healthy body image in men and women. Information will be given out to heighten awareness of how people see themselves, how this perception can affect others, the problems that can arise from a poor self-perception, and how to help those problems. On this guide you will find government information identifying these issues and how to prevent or deal with them, focusing on physical, emotional, and sexual health.
